Specified Employee. The meaning set forth in Section 409A(a)(2)(B)(i) of the Code and Treas. Reg. Section 1.409A-1(i), provided that solely for purposes of this Plan all Participants shall be considered Specified Employees

Specified Employee. The meaning provided in Regulation §1.409A-1(i). The default rules for said definition shall apply unless the Corporation has adopted other rules in a duly adopted instrument applicable with respect to all nonqualified deferred compensation plans of the Corporation.

Specified Employee. A key employee (as defined in Code Section 416(i) without regard to Code Section 416(i)(5)) determined in accordance with the meaning of such term under Code Section 409A and the regulations promulgated thereunder and the Company's established methodology for determining specified employees

Specified Employee. Specified Employee means a Participant who meets the definition of "specified employee," as defined in Section 409A(a)(2)(B)(i) of the Code.
