Specified Employee

Specified Employee. Means a "specified employee" within the meaning of Code Section 409A.

Specified Employee. Or "Key Employee" shall mean such persons as shall be determined by the Company.

Specified Employee. Is any employee who meets the definition thereof set forth in Code Section 409A(a)(2)(B).
