Stock Award

Stock Award. An Award consisting of Common Stock or Stock Units, including the award of Restricted Stock or Restricted Stock Units.

Stock Award. A grant of shares of Common Stock, or securities that are convertible into Common Stock, or other equity-based Award, to an Eligible Person under Section 11 hereof

Stock Award. Means any right to receive Common Stock granted under the Plan.

Stock Award. Shall mean any grant of equity under the Company's 2007 Employee, Director and Consultant Stock Plan or any subsequent stock plan of the Company.

Stock Award. Means any right granted under the Plan, including an Option, a Restricted Stock Award, and a Stock Appreciation Right.

Stock Award. Any equity grant under the Plan, including any grant of an Option, a Restricted Stock Unit, Common Stock, or Restricted Stock.

Stock Award.
