Stock Award

Stock Award. Means an Award, other than a Stock Option or Stock Appreciation Right, made in Stock or denominated in shares of Stock. A Stock Award may be settled in Stock or cash, as determined in the discretion of the Administrator.

Stock Award. Unrestricted shares of Stock granted to an Eligible Person.

Stock Award. Means an award of Restricted Stock or Restricted Stock Units.

Stock Award. Means any right to receive Common Stock granted under the Plan, including an Option or a Restricted Stock Unit Award.

Stock Award. An issuance of shares of Common Stock or an undertaking (other than an Option or SAR) to issue such shares in the future including, without limitation, a "restricted stock unit" granted under this Plan.

Stock Award. Shares issued pursuant to an Award of Stock under Section 8 of this Plan or issued pursuant to the early exercise of an Option

Stock Award. Means a grant of shares of Common Stock to an Eligible Person under Section 10 hereof.
