Stock Awards

Stock Awards. Means all stock options, restricted stock and such other awards granted pursuant to the Company's stock option and equity incentive award plans or agreements and any shares of stock issued upon exercise thereof.

Stock Awards. Outstanding stock options or other stock awards (including stock appreciation rights or other rights with respect to the common stock of the Company) granted to a Participant under the Company's 2009 Stock Plan, as amended, or 2014 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended

Stock Awards. Outstanding stock options, restricted stock units or other equity based awards granted to a Participant under the Company's Equity Incentive Plans.

Stock Awards. Outstanding stock awards for shares of the Company's common stock granted to a Participant by the governing plan documents, grant notices and award agreements, including without limitation stock options, restricted stock awards and restricted stock units

Stock Awards. Any stock-based awards, other than Options, including any stock appreciation rights, restricted stock awards, or performance stock awards, issued pursuant to any present or future stock plan of the Corporation.

Stock Awards. Means all stock options, restricted stock and such other awards granted pursuant to the Company's stock option and equity incentive award plans or agreements and any shares of stock issued upon exercise thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, "Stock Awards" shall not include the shares of the Company's common stock issued to Executive pursuant to that certain Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement dated as of March 12, 2007, between the Company and Executive.

Stock Awards. Means all stock options, restricted stock and such other awards granted pursuant to the Company's stock option and equity incentive award plans or agreements and any shares of stock issued upon exercise thereof, and any founders' stock issued to Employee in connection with the formation of the Company.

Stock Awards. Means the option(s) to purchase an aggregate of shares of Common Stock previously granted to you and any other stock award that the Board of Directors of the Company determines should be subject to this Agreement.

Stock Awards. Means the restricted stock units and stock options previously granted to you and any other stock award that the Board of Directors of the Company determines should be subject to this Agreement.

Stock Awards.
