Stock Awards

Stock Awards. Any and all stock awards granted to the Executive by the Company to acquire capital stock of the Company, whether granted prior to or after the date of this Agreement (other than any stock awards granted to the Executive pursuant to a written stock award agreement which expressly provides that the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall not apply to such stock awards).
