Example Definitions of "Stock Exchange"
Stock Exchange. Shall mean the Nasdaq Capital, Global or Global Select Market, the NYSE MKT, or the New York Stock Exchange.
Stock Exchange. Any stock exchange upon which securities issued by the Company (or depositary receipts representing such securities) are listed;
