Example Definitions of "Stock Exchange"
Stock Exchange. Means the TSX Venture Exchange or, if the Issuer's common stock becomes listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Stock Exchange. The New York Stock Exchange, the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market, or another established national or regional stock exchange
