Example Definitions of "Stock Units"
Stock Units. An award denominated in shares of Common Stock equivalents of the Corporation in which the Eligible Employee has a right to receive a specified number of shares of Common Stock of the Corporation or the cash equivalent
Stock Units. Means a right, granted under this Plan, to receive Stock or other Awards or a combination thereof at the end of a specified period. Stock Units subject to a risk of forfeiture may be designated as "Restricted Stock Units" as provided in Section 6(e)(ii)
Stock Units. Means a bookkeeping entry representing the equivalent of one Share awarded to a Grantee pursuant to Section 10.
