Example Definitions of "Stock"
Stock. The stock subject to the Plan may be unissued shares or reacquired shares, bought on the market or otherwise.
Stock. Means the common stock, $1-2/3 par value per share, of the Company.
Stock. The finished products in respect of the Products currently being sold in the Business, all of which is owned by the Seller in connection with the Business at the Completion Date (including any items which, although subject to reservation of title by the sellers, are under the control of the Seller)
Stock. All shares of capital stock of the Company owned by a Holder or Investor, as applicable, whether presently held or hereafter acquired, including, without limitation, shares of Common Stock and preferred stock of the Company, and all other securities of the Company which may be issued upon conversion or exercise of, in exchange for, or in respect of, shares of Common Stock or preferred stock.
Stock. (i) the Common Stock, (ii) limited vote common stock, par value $.00001 per share, of the Company, and (iii) Common Stock into which the outstanding shares of the Company's Series A Preferred Stock, par value $.00001 per share, are convertible.
