Stockholder

Stockholder. The New Investors, the Founders, the Prior Investors and any persons or entities who own Shares and to whom any rights and/or obligations hereunder are transferred in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; provided, however, that, solely for purposes of Section 2 hereof (but subject to Section 2.8), Stockholders only includes such persons or entities to whom rights granted under Section 2 hereof are transferred pursuant to Section 2.11 hereof

Stockholder. Means any Person, other than the Company, who is a party to the Stockholders Agreement dated as of March 31, 2004.

Stockholder. Means each Purchaser who has the right to acquire Registrable Securities and any other Person: (i) to whom any Registrable Securities or any rights to acquire any Registrable Securities are transferred by any Person that was, immediately prior to such transfer, a Stockholder; (ii) who continues to hold such Registrable Securities or the right to acquire such Registrable Securities; (iii) to whom the transferring Stockholder has assigned any of its rights under this Agreement, in whole or in... part, in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.6 of this Agreement with respect to such Registrable Securities; and (iv) who has executed a counterpart hereof in connection with the transfer of such Registrable Securities. Stockholder. Any holder of Shares

Stockholder. Any one of SAW, EW, Aruze, or any Permitted Transferee of any Shares and any additional Persons made a party to this Agreement. "Stockholders" means all of the foregoing, collectively.

Stockholder. And "Stockholders" shall have the meaning set forth in the first paragraph written above.

Stockholder. Shall have the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

Stockholder. The Investors, the Common Holders, and, upon exercise of the Put-Call Agreement, the Medical Shareholders holding shares of capital stock of the Company.
