Stockholders Agreement

Stockholders Agreement. Means that certain Stockholders Agreement dated as March 31, 2004 by and among the Company and certain stockholders of the Company, as amended from time to time in accordance with its terms.

Stockholders Agreement. Means the Stockholders Agreement dated July 10, 1996, as amended, among the Security Capital Entities and the Company and includes any successor stockholders agreement between the Company and GE or any GE subsidiary (or any successor thereto).

Stockholders Agreement. That certain Stockholders' Agreement by and among the Company and the Investor Parties named therein (as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time).

Stockholders Agreement. That certain Second Amended and Restated Stockholders Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among the Company and the stockholders signatory thereto.

Stockholders Agreement. That certain Stockholders Agreement dated as of August 30, 2000 by and among the Company, IP Fiber Devices Ltd., a UK corporation, the Founders (as defined therein) and the Investors (as defined therein), as from time to time in effect.

Stockholders Agreement. The Stockholders' and Warrant Holder's Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Company, the Holder and certain holders of shares of the Company's common stock

Stockholders Agreement. Shall mean the Stockholders Agreement among the Company, the Investors, and certain other parties dated as of March 1, 2006, as amended from time to time.

Stockholders Agreement. The Stockholders Agreement dated as of December 23, 2004 among by and among the Company, Cypress Merchant Banking Partners II L.P., Cypress Merchant Banking II C.V., 55th Street Partners II L.P., Cypress Side-By-Side LLC, GS Capital Partners 2000, L.P., GS Capital Partners 2000 Offshore, L.P., GS Capital Partners 2000 GmbH & Co. Beteiligungs KG, GS Capital Partners 2000 Employee Fund, L.P. and Goldman Sachs Direct Investment Fund 2000, L.P. and the persons listed on Annex I thereto.

Stockholders Agreement. Shall mean the stockholders' agreement, dated as of May 22, 1996, and as further amended, between the Company and certain of its stockholders.

Stockholders Agreement. That certain Amended and Restated Stockholders Agreement of the Company, dated as of June 25, 2008, by and among the Company, Intervale Capital Fund, L.P., and the stockholders of the Company from time to time party thereto.
