Stockholders. Holders of Common Stock

Stockholders. Means, collectively, the Founders and the Series A ------------ Investors.

Stockholders. Has the meaning set forth in the preface above.

Stockholders. The parties acknowledge that Seller has redeemed all of the shares of Seller previously owned by the Former Stockholders and such persons no longer own any shares or have any beneficial interest in Seller. Therefore, the definition of the term "Stockholders" as used in the Agreement and this Amendment shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the opening paragraph of this Amendment.

Stockholders. Stockholders. Shall mean Tim Blackwood, Art Borrego and Roger Lewis and, subject to Section 8 of this Agreement, any Authorized Transferee.

Stockholders. Shall mean Nassau, Kamine, AT&T, GECC, CoreStates, the Series G Holders and any transferee thereof who has agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement in accordance with Section 2.4, and the term "Stockholder" shall mean any such Person.
