Subcontractor

Example Definitions of "Subcontractor"
Subcontractor. Shall mean any Affiliates of Novartis and/or other third parties subcontracted by Novartis to perform part or all of its obligations hereunder.
Subcontractor. A third party to whom Company delegates specified obligations that Company would otherwise be required to perform under this Agreement. For the sake of clarity, Microsoft Affiliates or Authorized Parties from whom Company is directed or permitted to acquire materials or obtain services in connection with its performance of the E-Commerce Activities are not intended to fall within the definition of a Subcontractor as that term is used in this Agreement.
Subcontractor. A person or entity who has been retained by Provider to perform all or a portion of Provider's obligations hereunder, excluding commercially available Component suppliers.
Subcontractor. Any person or entity contracting with L-POA to furnish any of the Work
