Subscription Agreement. Recitals

Subscription Agreement. Means an agreement to be entered into on or prior to the date of this Agreement by and among Bronco, the Company, Challenger Group and the Family Members pursuant to which Bronco has agreed to subscribe for Shares.

Subscription Agreement. Means the Securities Subscription Agreement, dated as of December ____________-, 2008, to which the Company and the Holder are parties, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms.

Subscription Agreement. Shall mean this Subscription Agreement.

Subscription Agreement. Means that certain Subscription Agreement, dated as of July 25, 2002, by and among the LLC and CHP, Pittaway, Bernstein, Baldwin and Fritsch (as purchasers thereunder), without giving effect to any amendments, modifications, supplements and/or replacements thereto after the date of execution and delivery thereof.

Subscription Agreement. Means the Subscription Agreement dated as of January 20, 2010, among the Issuer and the Purchasers.

Subscription Agreement. Means the Subscription Agreement dated as of December 28, 2007 by and among the Company and such Purchasers, for the purchase of shares of Common Stock and warrants to purchase Common Stock.

Subscription Agreement. Means an agreement entered into between a Participant and the Company under Article II, Section 4 of the Plan.

Subscription Agreement. Dated March ___, 2010, among the Company and the Subscribers signatory thereto, pursuant to which this AIR was issued.

Subscription Agreement. Means the Subscription Agreement dated as of December __, 2010, among the Issuer and the Purchasers.
