Subscription Agreement

Subscription Agreement. The meaning given it in the recitals of this Agreement

Subscription Agreement. Shall have the meaning set forth in the first Recital hereof.

Subscription Agreement. That certain Subscription Agreement dated as of August 18, 2017 (the "Subscription Agreement"), or series of like subscription agreements, among the Company and the subscribers named therein, as amended by the consent, dated as of March [ ], 2018 by and among the Company and parties thereto.

Subscription Agreement. That certain Subscription and Contribution Agreement dated on or about the date hereof by and among RMX Resources, LLC, CIC RMX LP, the Company, Royale Energy Funds, Inc. and Matrix Oil Management Corporation

Subscription Agreement. That subscription agreement executed by the Company and the original Holder of this Warrant, under which the Holder acquired this Warrant in a private placement offering of the Company.

Subscription Agreement. Means the Investment and Subscription Agreement, dated as of December 12, 2021, by and between the Company and the initial Holder.

Subscription Agreement. Means the Subscription Agreement, dated [ ], 2022, to which the Company and the original Holder are parties.

A written or electronic agreement between the Company and the Participant or a written or electronic notice delivered by the Company evidencing the exercise of an Award granted pursuant to the Plan, in substantially such form or forms and containing such terms and conditions, as the Committee shall from time to time approved
