Subscription Agreement

Subscription Agreement. Each of the Subscription Agreements, each dated as of the date hereof, between the Company and the Purchaser named therein setting forth the terms and conditions of the Company's offer of Units and the purchase of Units by the Purchaser that is party to such Subscription Agreements.

Subscription Agreement. The "SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT"

Subscription Agreement. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in that certain Subscription Agreement (the "SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT"), dated , 2012, among the Company and the Subscribers signatory thereto, pursuant to which this AIR was issued.

Subscription Agreement. That certain Subscription Agreement (the "SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT"), dated January 17, 2012, among the Company and the Subscribers signatory thereto, pursuant to which this AIR was issued.

Subscription Agreement. Means the Subscription Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between the Company and the investors in the Private Offering in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

Subscription Agreement. The Subscription Agreement, dated as of August 31, 2007 entered into between the Company and the Participant, as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

Subscription Agreement. The Subscription Agreement entered into between the Company and the Participant.

Subscription Agreement. The Subscription Agreement entered into between the Company and the Participant in a form reasonably acceptable to the Company, as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

Subscription Agreement. Means the GeoPetro Resources Company Subscription Agreement by and among the Company and the Subscribers.

Subscription Agreement. Shall mean the Subscription Agreement by and among the Company and the purchasers set forth on Schedule A thereto, dated [________], 2009.
