Subscription Amount

Subscription Amount. Means, as to each Purchaser, the aggregate amount to be paid for Preferred Stock and Warrants purchased under the Purchase Agreement

Subscription Amount. Means, as to an Investor, the aggregate amount to be paid for the Securities purchased hereunder as specified opposite such Investor's name on EXHIBIT A attached hereto, under the column entitled "Initial Closing Aggregate Purchase Price" or "Second Closing Aggregate Purchase Price," as applicable.

Means, as to each Holder, the aggregate amount paid for the Notes and Warrants held by such Holder under the May Purchase Agreement or the June Purchase Agreement, as applicable, by the original purchaser(s) of such Notes or Warrants, as set forth on the signature pages of the May Purchase Agreement or the June Purchase Agreement, as applicable

Subscription Amount. The aggregate amount to be paid for the Shares purchased hereunder in U.S. dollars and in immediately available funds
