Successor Entity

Successor Entity. Means any successor entity to Tamboran in a merger of Tamboran, in a sale of all or substantially all of the assets of Tamboran or in any other such transaction involving Tamboran.

Successor Entity. Means one or more Person or Persons (or, if so elected by the Holder, the Company or Parent Entity) formed by, resulting from or surviving any Fundamental Transaction or one or more Person or Persons (or, if so elected by the Holder, the Company or the Parent Entity) with which such Fundamental Transaction shall have been entered into.

Successor Entity. Means the Person (or, if so elected by the Holder, the Parent Entity) formed by, resulting from or surviving any Strategic Change of Control or the Person (or, if so elected by the Holder, the Parent Entity) with which such Strategic Change of Control shall have been entered into.

Successor Entity. Means any entity that acquires the Company or substantially all of its assets in a transaction constituting a Change in Control.

Successor Entity. Means the Person (or, if so elected by the Required Holders, the Parent Entity of such Person) formed by, resulting from or surviving any Fundamental Transaction or the Person (or, if so elected by the Required Holders, the Parent Entity of such Person) with which such Fundamental Transaction shall have been entered into.

Successor Entity. Successor Entity. Has the meaning set forth in the definition of "Conversion".

Successor Entity. Means the Person (or, if so elected by the Underwriter, the Parent Entity) formed by, resulting from or surviving any Fundamental Transaction or the Person (or, if so elected by the Underwriter, the Parent Entity) with which such Fundamental Transaction shall have been entered into.

Successor Entity. As used in the Lease, as amended, shall mean, with respect to the period of time following the date of the Novation Agreement, the Lessee.

Successor Entity. The Person, which may be any of the Companies, formed by, resulting from or surviving any Fundamental Transaction or the Person with which such Fundamental Transaction shall have been made.
