Successor Entity
Successor Entity. The Person (or, if so elected by the Holder, the Parent Entity) formed by, resulting from or surviving any Fundamental Transaction or the Person (or, if so elected by the Required Holders, the Parent Entity) with which such Fundamental Transaction shall have been entered into.
Successor Entity. Any entity that acquires or otherwise succeeds to all or substantially all of the business or assets of the Company upon and following a Change in Control.
