Example Definitions of "Technical Information"
Technical Information. Means any and all technical information, know-how, data, processes, methods, protocols and procedures relating to the Licensed Patents in the possession of ARCH as of the date of this Agreement which is considered confidential within the meaning of Paragraph 9.A. of this Agreement.
Technical Information. Means any and all technical information, know-how, data, processes, methods, protocols and procedures relating to the Licensed Patents and or Licensed Software in the possession of ARCH UNIVERSITY as of the date of this Agreement and which is considered confidential within the meaning of Paragraph 9.A. of this Agreement.

Technical Information. Information provided by either party under this Agreement, whether Proprietary Information or otherwise.
Technical Information.
