Technical Information

Technical Information. Means any and all technical information, know-how, data, processes, methods, protocols and procedures relating to the Licensed Patents in the possession of ARCH as of the date of this Agreement which is considered confidential within the meaning of Paragraph 9.A. of this Agreement.

Technical Information. Fox Chase's rights in all data, trial results, drawings, cell lines, biological materials, designs, operating techniques, trade secrets, know-how, show-how, documents, models, inventions and equipment, or other information in any form (including oral disclosures) that have not become the subject of a Licensed Patent, in Fox Chase's possession relating to Licensed Patents.

Technical Information. Information provided by either party under this Agreement, whether Proprietary Information or otherwise.

Technical Information. Means any technical knowledge, know-how or other information in any form, including but not limited to, oral, written, graphic, demonstrative or sample form which in any way relates or pertains to varieties or Experimental Varieties, including information about pedigrees, combining ability, agronomic performance, disease characteristics, production characteristics, phenotypic information or molecular characteristics.

Technical Information.
