Technology. All technology, including all inventions, know-how, techniques, design rules, algorithms, routines, software, files, databases, works of authorship, processes, devices, prototypes, schematics, test methodologies, any media on which any of the foregoing is recorded, and any other tangible embodiments of any of the foregoing

Technology. All techniques, inventions, practices, procedures, knowledge, improvements, designs, processes, protocols, compositions, products, methods, works of authorship, know-how, data, clinical data, preclinical data, research and creations (whether or not subject to protection by any Intellectual Property Rights).
