Term. The term of each Note.

Term. As used in this Agreement, each of the terms defined in the opening paragraph and the Recitals above shall have the meanings assigned to such terms therein. Each term defined in the Credit Agreement and used herein without definition shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Credit Agreement, unless expressly provided to the contrary. Term. The period commencing on the Effective Date and concluding on the expiration or abandonment of all issued patents and filed patent applications in the US Tuschl II Patent Family.

Term. This Amendment shall be effective for a period of two hundred and seventy (270) days commencing on the date hereof (the "Term"), except if a Fundamental Transaction is consummated during the Term, in which case this Amendment and any of its effects shall be irrevocable.
