Example Definitions of "Term"
Term. That time period between the Commencement Date and the Termination Date. Hereafter, all references to the "Term" of this Lease shall be deemed to be a reference as well to such additional periods of time, if any, for which the Term may be extended. Provided Tenant is not in default of his Lease, Tenant shall have one (1) three-year period to extend the Lease Term, at the same terms and conditions as the initial Lease Term, except the rent shall be as shown in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
Term. Shall mean the period of time set forth in Section 1j) above.
Term. The term of this Agreement, commencing on October 1, 2004 and continuing for two (2) years thereafter if not terminated sooner on the earlier of the following: (i) the occurrence of an event described in Section 3; or (ii) the six-month anniversary of the effective date of a Management Change.
