Term. The period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the earlier to occur of (i) May 15, 2023, or (ii) Executive's termination of employment for any reason prior to the Effective Date; provided, however, that the Term shall end on an earlier date if the Company gives the Executive at least one year's advance written notice thereof.

Term. The period commencing on the Effective Date, continuing until the fourth anniversary of the Effective Date, and continuing for successive one-year extension periods after such fourth anniversary unless the Company or the Executive gives the other written notice of non-extension not less than one hundred twenty (120) days before such fourth or any following anniversary, in which event there shall be no initial extension or no further extensions as the case may be.
