Territory

Territory. Shall mean Japan, and, where the option set forth in Section 5.2.1 is exercised by Fuso, Korea and/or Taiwan, as the case may be. Territory. Any country other than those listed in Exhibit 4.

Territory. Means the United States of America, Canada, Mexico and all other countries in which SAP AG has wholly owned subsidiaries, which at the time of this Agreement, included the countries specified in Exhibit B, subject to United States export control laws as specified in Exhibit C.
