Territory. Means the countries outlined on Exhibit F.
Territory. All the countries in the world excluding Japan, Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), Republic of Korea (South Korea), People's Republic of China (PRC including Hong Kong and Macao), Republic of China (Taiwan), Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines.
