Territory

Territory. The entire world, except Mexico.

Territory. The term "Territory" shall be defined under this License Agreement as follows: the entire geographical area comprising North America, Central America and South America.

Territory. As used herein shall mean the world.

Territory. Shall mean those areas in which Pegasus or its affiliates are contractually entitled to market DIRECTV programming services to Subscribers pursuant to agreements between Pegasus or its affiliates and the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative, as set forth on Exhibit C.

Territory. Shall mean the contiguous United States, excluding certain areas serviced by the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative ("NRTC"). Attached as EXHIBIT C is a map indicating the NRTC Territories.

Territory. As used in this Agreement shall be specified on APPENDIX B.

Territory. All countries in North America and all countries which are members of the European Union or EFTA (European Free Trade Association) as of the Effective Date. Upon express written agreement of the parties, the Territory may be expanded to include additional countries of Europe.

Territory. Shall mean the continent of Asia, as indicated on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A; provided, however, that the Territory under this Agreement shall exclude the Philippines.

Territory. Means all of the countries of the world, except Mexico and Japan. Upon expiration or termination of Ista's existing distribution agreement and trademark license agreement in Mexico, but not later than April 25, 2004, Mexico shall be added to the Territory.
