Territory

Territory. Those areas listed in Schedule 2.

Territory. The geographic region specified in Exhibit A

Territory. Means the country/ies set out in the relevant SOW as varied by the Parties from time to time;

Territory. The United States of America and its territories and possessions and any other countries in the world added to the definition of Territory pursuant to Section 2.6

Territory. Shall mean the entire world, but not including the People's Republic of China, including Hong Kong, and (ii) the Russian Federation generally known as Russia.

(i) the state of domicile or incorporation of the Company; (ii) the state of domicile or incorporation of any Subsidiary of the Company; and (iii) any other state or country in which the Company is doing business while Company employs the Executive. Executive acknowledges and agrees that the Executive will be performing services for the Company throughout the Territory

Territory. Means any state that the Company or any of its Subsidiaries operates or is demonstrably considering operating in as of the Closing Date.
