Territory

Territory. Shall mean the areas identified in the attached Exhibit A. You acknowledge that you have reviewed Exhibit A and that it accurately reflects the territory in which you have and will perform Services on behalf of the Company.

Territory. The 50 United States, the District of Columbia, the United States territory of Guam, and Canada.

IVB understands and agrees that such extension will only be made to countries listed on Exhibit J (Agreed Countries) to this Agreement and to such other countries as the parties may agree form time to time.
