Territory

Territory. Has the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

Territory. Means those countries, regions or geographical markets identified on Exhibit B.

Territory. Means the United States and all of its territories and possessions, including Puerto Rico. For purposes of this Agreement, Territory also includes the manufacture of some or all of the components or ingredients of the Licensed Product outside the U.S. solely for purposes of importation into the U.S. for use in the U.S. and its territories and possessions.
