Means (i) worldwide for the manufacture of Licensed Products, and (ii) for the sale, marketing, merchandising, advertising, and promotion of Licensed Products, (A) JCP-Branded retail stores in the United States (including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico), and (B) the normal distribution for orders received by JCP's direct mail and JCP-Branded electronically enabled commerce, whether currently known or hereafter coming into existence, targeted exclusively to consumers in the United...
