Territory

Territory. Means the continent of North America, including the 50 states of the United States of America and the District of Columbia, Canada and Mexico.

Territory. Shall mean Japan, provided that this country is not placed under any kind of embargo or trade sanction ("Trade Sanction") which would prohibit the sale of the "Products" to said country. To the extent that all or part of the "Territory" is placed under Trade Sanction, this definition shall automatically be amended without the need of any action by the parties to exclude such sanctioned country or countries.

Territory. Means all countries of the world excluding Japan, Korea, China and Taiwan.

Territory. Hospira hereby appoints Distributor, and Distributor hereby accepts such appointment, to promote, market, distribute and sell the Products within the country or countries listed on Schedule 3 of this Agreement (the "Territory") in its own name, acting as Hospira's non-exclusive distributor.
