Example Definitions of "Territory"
Territory. Shall mean the Countries set forth in Exhibit A. Microsoft/IXI Mobile, Inc. Proprietary and Confidential 3 - Final Execution Copy -
Territory. Shall mean all countries in the world, and shall specifically exclude the ASEAN Territory.
