Example Definitions of "Territory"
Territory. Shall mean the territory where Executive is working at the time of termination of Executive's employment with the Company, which shall include any location within the contiguous United States of America, in which Executive performed services or for which Executive had oversight or management responsibility, each during Executive's employment with the Company.
Territory. Unless otherwise specified above, the State of California in the United States of America
