Territory. The greater Madison, Fox Valley and suburban Milwaukee regions of Wisconsin and any other region of Wisconsin in which (i) the Bank or any of its subsidiaries has direct operations or has engaged in substantial (and not isolated) marketing of its products or services and/or (ii) the Bank or any of its subsidiaries, with the Executive's involvement or under the Executive's direction, has planned to operate a location or to engage in substantial (and not isolated) efforts to market its products... or services, or has considering operating a location, in each of the cases described in subclauses (i) and (ii) above, within the two (2) year period immediately preceding the Executive's termination of employment.
