Territory. Region(s) or market segments listed in the most current version of the Exhibit B.
Territory. LICENSEE is granted the exclusive right to commercialize the LICENSED TECHNOLOGY (non-exclusive as it pertains to Malaria) and sell Products based thereon worldwide in the FIELD OF APPLICATION.
