Territory. Region(s) or market segments listed in the most current version of the Exhibit B.

Territory. LICENSEE is granted the exclusive right to commercialize the LICENSED TECHNOLOGY (non-exclusive as it pertains to Malaria) and sell Products based thereon worldwide in the FIELD OF APPLICATION.

Territory. Any national, state, provincial, territorial or other jurisdiction globally in which the Participant performed services for the Global Eagle Companies at any time during the twelve (12) months prior to the Vesting Date, including but not limited to any such jurisdiction in which the Participant, directly or indirectly through others, provided the Global Eagle Companies' services to clients or marketed or offered to provide the Global Eagle Companies' services.

Territory. Those areas listed in Schedule 2.
