Territory

Territory. Means any state that the Company or any of its Subsidiaries operates or is demonstrably considering operating in as of the Closing Date.

Territory. The United States of America and each country and territory in the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean, including, without limitation, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, and Venezuela

Territory. The territories listed in Schedule l
