Territory

Territory. Shall mean the United States of America, Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands, but excluding all other United States territories and possessions.

Territory. The countries in which the Corporation and its subsidiaries conduct the Business or in which the Corporation or any of its subsidiaries has made plans to conduct the Business within the following 12 months
