Territory. The term "Territory" shall mean the geographic areas listed on Exhibit B attached hereto; provided, however, that Proton shall have the right, at any time and from time to time upon written notice to the Distributor, to eliminate portions of the Territory in the event that (a) a government or governmental agency in any jurisdiction constituting part of the Territory imposes conditions or restrictions on the sale of the Products in such jurisdiction that either prevent Proton or the... Territory. Shall mean the named accounts, or the geographic, market segment, or political area territory set forth on Exhibit B.
