Third Amendment

Third Amendment. That certain Third Amendment to Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of April 10, 2009, among the Parent, the Borrower, the Guarantors, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

Third Amendment. That certain Third Amendment to Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of September 28, 2012, among the Borrower, the Guarantors, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto

Third Amendment. Means that certain Third Amendment to Seventh Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of the Third Amendment Effective Date, among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

Third Amendment. Means that certain Third Amendment dated as of March 8, 2004 among the Borrower, the Agent and the Lenders pursuant to which this Agreement was amended as provided therein.

Third Amendment. Third Amendment" means that certain Third Amendment to Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of December __, 2003 by and among Borrower, Agent and the Lenders.

Third Amendment. Means the Third Amendment, dated as of January 23, 2003, to this Agreement among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent, General Electric Capital Corporation, as Documentation Agent, Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., as Arranger and Syndication Agent, and the Lenders parties thereto.

Third Amendment. Shall mean the Third Amendment, dated as of September 10, 2001, to the Amended, Restated and Consolidated Credit Agreement, dated as of October 12, 1999.

Third Amendment. Third Amendment" shall mean that certain Third Amendment to Credit Agreement dated as of October 7, 2002 among the Borrower, the Guarantors, the Agents and the Lenders.

Third Amendment. Means the Third Amendment, dated as of April 25, 2017, to this Agreement.

Third Amendment. Shall mean that certain Third Amendment to Second Amended and Restated Revolving Credit, Term Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of January ____, 2005, by and between the Borrowers and Lender.
