Third Amendment

Third Amendment. SHALL MEAN THAT CERTAIN THIRD AMENDMENT TO LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (INVENTORY LOAN ) DATED AS OF DECEMBER 19, 2003 BY AND AMONG SILVERLEAF RESORTS, INC., A TEXAS CORPORATION, AS BORROWER, AND TEXTRON FINANCIAL CORPORATION, A DELAWARE CORPORATION, AS LENDER.

Third Amendment. Means the Third Amendment, dated as of March 24, 2003, to this Agreement among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders parties thereto.

Third Amendment. Means the Third Amendment to the Stock Purchase Agreement, dated as of October 29, 2004, among Seller, Purchaser, Transamerica Corporation, in its capacity as Guarantor, and TAL.

Third Amendment. The "Third Amendment"

Third Amendment. Means that certain Third Amendment to Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of April 29, 2024, by and among the Borrower, the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent.

Third Amendment. The Third Amendment to Credit Agreement dated as of May 28, 2004 among the Borrower, the Guarantors and the Lenders party thereto.

Third Amendment. Is defined in Subpart 2.1.

Third Amendment. Third Amendment': that certain Third Amendment to Debtor-In-Posssession Credit and Security Agreement, dated as of February 26, 2008, among the Parent, the Borrower, the Lenders and the Agents and as acknowledged and agreed by the Guarantors.

Third Amendment. Means Amendment No. 3 to Credit Agreement, dated as of January 31, 2008, among the Company, the other Loan Parties party thereto, the Lenders party thereto, the Issuing Bank, the Administrative Agent and the Co-Collateral Agents.
