Example Definitions of "Third Party"
Third Party. Means a Person who was not (i) a shareholder of the Company on April 30, 2000, (ii) a Permitted Transferee (as defined in the Shareholders Agreement) of a transferor who was, or whose predecessor in interest was, a shareholder of the Company on April 30, 2000 or (iii) an Affiliate of the Company or any shareholder or (iv) an employee of the Company on the date such person became a shareholder.
