Third Party. Shall mean any entity or person other than (i) the ----------- Company, (ii) any subsidiary of the Company, (iii) any entity controlled by, or under common control with, the Company or any of its subsidiaries, (iv) the Purchaser, or (v) and any entity controlled by the Purchaser.
