Threshold Amount

Threshold Amount. Shall mean, with respect to an offer and sale of Securities that are Registrable Securities, an aggregate of at least $75 million principal amount of Securities (calculated, with respect to Common Stock as set forth in the definition of "Majority Holders"); provided however, if the proposed offer and sale of Securities relates to all of the Securities held by a Holder and its Affiliates, "Threshold Amount" shall mean an aggregate of at least $25 million principal amount of such Securities.

Threshold Amount. Means an amount equal to the Stockholders' 7% Return, prorated for such quarter.

Threshold Amount. Shall mean, with respect to any Appreciation Interest Award, a threshold as may be set forth in an Award Agreement or contained in the books and records of the 4​Company (if any) below which such Appreciation Interest Award shall not participate in payments pursuant to Section 7(b) hereof, as determined by the Administrator.
