Threshold Amount

Threshold Amount. Shall mean [ * ].

Threshold Amount. Means $1,000,000.

Threshold Amount. Means (i) with respect to Galen, the amount of Registrable Securities equal to at least 3,611,538 shares of Common Stock issuable to Galen pursuant to the conversion of the Notes and/or exercise of the Warrants and (ii) with respect to Camden, the amount of Registrable Securities equal to at least 1,805,769 shares of Common Stock issuable to Galen pursuant to the conversion of the Notes and/or exercise of the Warrants.

At any time prior to completion of the next redetermination of the Borrowing Base (whether at the next Scheduled Redetermination anticipated to occur in October 2012 or any earlier Interim Redetermination) (the "Release Date"), then the Borrowing Base shall be reduced on a dollar for dollar basis in an amount equal to the difference between the amount in the Account and the Threshold Amount. After the Release Date, the foregoing requirements shall no longer apply.

Threshold Amount. Means, as to each of Arena and the Lovett Miller Funds individually, 20% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock issued to each Investor pursuant to the Reincorporation Merger in respect of the shares of Units purchased by each Investor pursuant to the 2000 Purchase Agreement and the 2002 Purchase Agreement (as such number may be appropriately adjusted from time to time for stock splits, reverse stock splits, recapitalization or similar transactions).

Threshold Amount. Means 65% of the shares of Class B capital stock of the Company held by Ms. Hu as of the date of this Agreement (subject to equitable adjustments in the event of any stock split, stock dividend, stock conversion, recapitalization, reorganization or the like occurring after the date hereof).
