Trade Secrets

Trade Secrets. Any trade secrets, research records, business methods, processes, procedures, manufacturing formulae, technical know-how, technology, blue prints, designs, plans, inventions (whether patentable and whether reduced to practice), invention disclosures and improvements thereto.

Trade Secrets. Shall mean certain non-public trade secret information known by KeyWorks, the Members and the Primary Subcontractors regarding the design, development, manufacture, marketing and servicing of Key Machines, including the information described in Exhibit B ("ASSIGNED ITEMS")

Trade Secrets. Information not generally known about the Company Business which is the subject of efforts that are reasonable under the circumstances to maintain its secrecy or confidentiality and from which the Company derives economic value from the fact that the information is not generally known to other persons who can obtain economic value from its disclosure or use. Trade Secrets. Shall be deemed to have the broadest definition given to such term under applicable state, federal or international laws

Trade Secrets. Information of Company which is not commonly known by or available to the public and which (i) derives economic value from not being known to, and not readily ascertainable by proper means, by other persons who can obtain economic value from its disclosure or use, and (ii) is the subject of efforts that are reasonable under the circumstances to maintain its secrecy

Trade Secrets. Means the whole and any part of any proprietary information regarding removal, preparation, encapsulation, low temperature preservation, storage, transportation, distribution, rejuvenation and transplantation process and techniques which the Company utilizes in servicing tissue and in its research activities. Trade Secrets. Trade Secrets. Means any scientific or technical data, information, design, process, procedure, formula, or improvement that is commercially valuable to the owner and not generally known in the industry. The obligations set forth in this Agreement as they pertain to Trade Secret(s) shall survive termination of this Agreement and continue for so long as the relevant information remains a Trade Secret(s).
