Trademark

Trademark. Means any trademark, trade name, trade dress, slogan, logo, or similar item selected by ORADISC for use in connection with the Product.

Trademark. Is the name as set forth on Exhibit A.

Trademark. Means the trademarks owned by or licensed to GenMark, under which GenMark sells Products.
