Trademark. Shall mean any word, name, symbol, device, or any combination thereof used by a person or any other entity or which a person or any other entity has a bona fide intention to use in commerce to identify and distinguish the goods produced or distributed, including a unique product, from those manufactured or sold by others to indicate the source of those goods.
