Trademarks

Trademarks. The trademarks, trade names and other commercial symbols of Criticare or Criticare's customer listed on Exhibit A attached hereto.

Trademarks. The term "Trademarks" shall mean only those trademarks set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and hereby incorporated by reference.

Trademarks. Trademarks.
