Trademarks

Trademarks. Has the meaning set forth in the Asset Purchase Agreement.

Trademarks. Means all of the Debtor's right, title and interest in and to: (i) trademarks, trade names, corporate names, company names, business names, fictitious business names, trade styles, service marks, collective membership marks, logos, other business identifiers, prints and labels on which any of the foregoing have appeared or may appear, all registrations and recordings thereof, and all applications (other than "intent to use" applications... until a verified statement of use is filed with respect to such applications) filed in connection therewith, including, without limitation, the trademarks and applications listed on Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof; (ii) licenses, fees or royalties with respect to the foregoing; (iii) the right to sue for past, present and future infringement, dilution and damages therefore; and (iv) licenses thereunder; all as presently existing or hereafter arising or acquired; and all rights corresponding to any of the foregoing throughout the world and the goodwill of the Debtor's business connected with the use of, and symbolized by, the foregoing. Trademarks. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Trademark License Agreement dated as of the Effective Date between Cypress and Pierre Fabre.

Trademarks. Shall mean the trademark "Crinone" or the trademark "Perlence" for use on cosmetic and pharmaceutical products used primarily for progesterone supplementation as set forth in Schedule B.

Trademarks. Means, with respect to any Person, all of the following now owned or hereafter acquired by such Person: (i) all trademarks, service marks, trade names, corporate names, company names, business names, fictitious business names, trade styles, trade dress, logos, other source or business identifiers, designs and general intangibles of like nature, now existing or hereafter adopted or acquired, all registrations and recordings thereof (if any), and all registration and recording applications filed... in connection therewith, including registrations and registration applications in the United States Patent and Trademark Office or any similar offices in any State of the United States or any other country or any political subdivision thereof, and all extensions or renewals thereof, (ii) all goodwill associated therewith or symbolized thereby and (iii) all other assets, rights and interests that uniquely reflect or embody such goodwill. Trademarks. Means all worldwide trademarks, common law trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, domain names or names, common law service marks and service names, together with all registrations and applications for registration therefor, including, without limitation, the Trademarks listed on Schedule 1 attached hereto.

Trademarks. Means all the trademarks, trademark registrations, tradenames and trademark applications owned by each Guarantor, or in which each Guarantor acquires any right or interest, at any time prior to the termination of this Agreement.
