Example Definitions of "Trading Day"
Trading Day. (a) any day on which the Class A Stock is listed or quoted and traded on its Trading Market or (b) if the Class A Stock is not then listed or quoted and traded on any Trading Market, then a day on which trading occurs on the Nasdaq Global Select Market (or any successor thereto).
Trading Day. Any day on which trading occurs on the principal securities exchanges or other securities markets in the United States.
Trading Day. Shall mean a day on which the principal National Securities Exchange on which shares of any class or series of the capital stock of the Company are listed is open for the transaction of business or, if such capital stock is not listed or admitted for unlisted trading privileges on any National Securities Exchange, a day on which banking institutions in New York City generally are open.
Trading Day. Shall mean a day on which (i) trading in the Common Stock generally occurs on the Nasdaq Stock Market, and (ii) a Last Reported Sale Price for the Common Stock is available on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
Trading Day. Any day on which the Common Units is traded on the Principal Market or, if the Principal Market is not the principal trading market for the Common Units on such day, then on the principal securities exchange or securities market on which the Common Units is then traded
