Example Definitions of "Trading Day"
Trading Day. A day on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted and traded on its Principal Market; provided, that in the event that the Common Stock is not listed or quoted on any Trading Market, then Trading Day shall mean a Business Day.
Trading Day. Means days on which the shares of Common Stock trade on the Company’s Principal Market.
